Sample Pack for New Stockists

We offer a Sample Pack for retailers who want to see product quality before placing a full order. The sample pack includes:

  • 1 x pack of 6 greeting cards (all cards in the pack are the same design)
  •  1 x A3 art print
  • Price: £15

You’ll receive a £15 discount code, redeemable against your first wholesale order within 30 days, so the sample pack is essentially free if you choose to place a wholesale order with us.

Ordering & Payments
  • Minimum order value: £50
  • Shipping: £10 flat rate on orders under £150; free shipping over £150
  • Payment terms:
    – First order: Pro-forma (payment required before dispatch)
    – Approved stockists: 30-day payment terms
  • Late payments on Pro-Forma Invoices: Interest may be charged on overdue invoices at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily, plus debt-recovery costs.
Delivery & Lead Times
  • Standard lead time: 6-8 working days. 
  • All orders ship via overnight UK mainland delivery once printed.
  • Lead times may extend during peak seasons.
Packaging and Order Quantities
  • Greeting Cards
    – Sold in packs of 6
    – Each pack contains 6 of the same design. You may sell the cards individually.
    – Packaged with eco-seals
  • A4 Prints
    – Minimum 2 of each design ordered
    – Packaged individually with cello sleeve and backing board. You may sell each print individually.
  • A3 Prints
    – Sold individually
    – Packaged with cello sleeve and backing board.
Returns & Cancellations

We have very high standards for our products, and we want to ensure that you are as delighted with them as us. If you have any queries about materials or quality, please contact us. We also have a sample pack available if you'd like to see our products before committing to a full wholesale order.

  • Please inspect items upon delivery.
  • Any misprints, damage, or missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • No returns or exchanges for unsold stock, change of mind, or ordering errors.
  • After 14 days, items are no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Once an order has been placed with our UK printing partner, cancellation is not possible.
Sales Channels
  • Products may be sold in-store only.
  • Online resale is not permitted without prior written approval.
Do your prices include VAT?

The prices displayed on the website are Excluding UK VAT.

If you have provided us with a valid UK VAT number, then the reverse charge exemption will apply to your order and VAT will not be charged at checkout.

If we do not have your VAT number, then VAT will be charged at checkout and we will provide you with a VAT invoice.

Does my order ship from UK printers?

Yes, all orders ship from the UK! We work with an amazing family-run UK printing company, who handle all our wholesale orders. This means that we can focus on the important side - creating new designs and looking after our customers.

  • All artwork, designs, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Fox & Velvet.
  • Products and artwork may not be reproduced, copied, edited, or used for any other purpose without written consent.
  • Retailers may post photos of the products on social media as long as Fox & Velvet is clearly credited/tagged.
  • Digital files or scans of the artwork may not be shared or uploaded.
